Shipping

We use a variety of couriers and shippers appropriate for the size of instrument being purchased.
For smaller items (sticks ,mallets, small instruments, spares and accessories) we use Royal Mail 1st Class 'Signed for Service' Usually 1-2 day service
Larger items are sent using DPD or TNT. Usually next day (2 day service to parts of Scotland)

Timpani, Bass drums and 'oversize' shipments are sent via a pallet service. 2-3 day service.

We may part ship orders when items are out of stock and we will notify you of this and do so with your agreement.
Please be aware that many of our products are produced overseas and our suppliers may have to wait for their stocks to be replenished before shipping to us. Please ask, and we will try ( to the best of our ability) to find out shipping dates.
